The North Alley lies beyond the expanse of the Rukongai Forest. A Shinigami outpost in the area keeps the crime rate low, but far from non-existent. It is not uncommon to see bands of children wandering the streets unsupervised. |

Warring gangs are constantly fighting for turf within this district and it is rumored that many people in these gangs possess spiritual power of some type. Use caution while here. | |
