Matsukura Hospital NO NEW POSTS	Matsukura Hospital was abandoned years ago shortly after the opening of Karakura hospital. You can still find souls of some of the patients that never really left its halls. This is also where gangs tend to hang about, up to no good.

Oldtown

Beyond the reaches of suburban Karakura, the buildings start to become less and less cared for. Once you're far enough away, you'll come across a place called Oldtown by residents of the city. Rundown homes and buildings are the norm here, and the few who still live here aren't the friendly type. Its considered among the few truly dangerous places in Karakura, especially up near the old hospital and the warehouse district.
